Aloha Community of Rainwater Harvesters! Uncle Tilo's Clean Water LLC requires urgent assistance. Today, we received a 30-day notice to vacate despite our unit having a tenant for 16 years, including 7 years with us. We were informed that the Fire Inspector requires Pahoa Fish & Chips to update their electrical outlets and no more sub-leasing allowed. The strip mall comprises three restaurants, a two-classroom school extension, and Uncle Tilo's Clean Water. We need to find a new location to operate our business and conduct Empowerment through Education for Clean Water classes. Please contact us if you have a visible rental space available.
