Todd “Uncle Tilo” Lolla is the founder of Uncle Tilo’s Clean Water and a passionate educator dedicated to empowering Hawai‘i’s Rainwater Harvesters. With a background in geological engineering and decades of experience in groundwater protection, Todd brings real-world expertise to every class and consultation. Since founding UTCW in 2017, he has hosted 125+ free community classes—putting families in control of their water, health, and future.
