Meet Monthly Maintenance & Upgrade Specialist F'tahn Bey
F’tahn Bey was field trained by Uncle Tilo and received his certification from ARCSA - American Rainwater Catchment System Association. Before becoming a Clean Water Partner, F’tahn Bey attended the University Of Hawai'i at Manoa where he achieved his B.A in Psychology. Raised on Oahu, he understands the need to align with the community in a healthy way and the profound importance of sharing resources and knowledge with one another. According to F’tahn, his focus is to be of service to the community by maximizing and merging not only his own experiences but his willingness to learn. He believes in being a lifelong learner. F'tahn has decided to transfer and implement the drive he held in the classroom into the challenges of catching, storing and maintaining clean rainwater for household use and consumption.

Monthly Maintenance: Monthly Monitoring of rainwater collection system includes sanitizing the system using household bleach, replacing filters as agreed, and preparing a "Water Report Card" for keeping the customer informed of current conditions. $50. a month + supplies pre-paid with 6 month minimum contract.
- System Upgrades: Floating Intake Line, First-Flush Diverters, Pump Installs
- System repairs: Pumps, pipes and recommendations
- Gutter cleaning: Multi layer cleaning, including:
- 1) Leaf blowing all loose debris
- 2) Bleach spray for disinfecting and eliminating organics, such as mosquito larvae and algae
- 3) Soft pressure wash with water
- Pressure washing: Roof. Clean roof = Clean Water) :)
