Small Business Community Meet-ups
Fyi--- Uncle Tilo's seems like a really good company with integrity. Though I have not hired him myself I did recently meet him as him and his partner (I forget her name) have decided to begin running the Pahoa Entrepreneur Meetups (on alternate months that the Hilo SBDC is not running them, which they only do quarterly). So Uncle Tilo (Todd?) and his partner run these meetings to help educate and offer support to other small businesses in the area. They seemed really helpful, kind and genuine when I met them last month. If I needed a catchment service I would definitely call them based on my interaction with them. Best wishes!! Rachel M. I attended the free education event and was impressed that this is all about helpful information. I thought I already knew everything about catchment systems (30 years living in HOVE). As a Home Inspector I have evaluated hundreds of systems. Uncle Tilo knows his stuff and wants to share this knowledge. They never mentioned prices or promoted their products. |

We went to one of their monthly classes about rain water harvesting. If you're on catchment you have to go to this. They are both extremely knowledgeable and have many years of water quality knowledge. There should be no reason that you should have poor quality water after listening to them. |

Yesterday my family received our Quantum disinfection system for clean and safe water installed by Uncle Tilo’s Clean Water located in Pahoa! This experience wasn’t just done professionally, but felt like a family member comfortable coming over to carefully make sure we had the best service possible, as Uncle Tilo came himself to do the install.
When I say professionally, I mean his engineer mind thoroughly explaining every step of the way the genius behind the process of the quantum system that when maintained correctly will protect you from life threatening parasites, viruses, bacteria and dangers that lurk in in our waters—truly a revolutionary technology that actually creates water to become consumable by using Quantum Disinfection's mechanic principles of electron movement to create catalytic active surfaces, as microorganisms are instantly destroyed through the catalytic electron exchange! With Zander contracting Rat Lungworm from the previous catchment water system, you can imagine the joy, gratitude, and relief my family and I are feeling now that we have clean safe water that we can even drink right out of the sink faucet! Also what joy in knowing and meeting people who care and share the same passion to help humanity to be sustainable!

Bird and Colin McIverWe got the superduper water filter, and Uncle Tilo helped us put the new cover on the tank. He flushed our water pipes, and the stuff that came out was amazing, and it is a wonder that we never got sick from the old water. Now I have to get used to the idea of fresh drinkable water coming out of the tap! They are very knowledgeable about what is in your water, too! My advice is to get Quantum Disinfection!

My understanding is that Kevin is fairly new to our island, but I was impressed with his openness and willingness to learn about our culture. I could see he was learning, but it made an impression with me how he listened carefully to what Uncle Tilo showed/explained to him and then willingly (and capably) performed these actions. He took his time and made sure to completely clean my tank (something it desperately needed!). While cleaning he was willing to talk story with both myself and my granddaughter. He was polite and engaging as well as informative. He was knowledgeable and willing to share his expertise on what he was doing and why. In the process of this conversation he brought up the opportunity to have my catchment water system maintained for me by Uncle Tilo's. He was not pushy, but shared his opinion on the value of this program. He answered all my questions and said he would share my interest with the office. I don't often take the time to write about my experiences, but Kevin was so exemplary that I felt compelled to do that with you.
