Field-trained by Uncle Tilo and proudly holding a certification from the American Rainwater Catchment Systems Association (ARCSA), F'tahn embodies the spirit of commitment and educational excellence. His academic achievements were marked by a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa, laying the groundwork for his profound impact as a teacher and assistant counselor in Hawai'i and California.

Raised on the island of Oahu, F'tahn's upbringing instilled in him a deep understanding of the importance of community cohesion, resource sharing, and collective well-being. His approach to service is holistic, aiming to merge his diverse experiences with a keen eagerness to absorb new knowledge. A staunch believer in lifelong learning, F'tahn is now applying his passion for positive change to sustainable water management. By focusing on capturing, storing, and maintaining clean rainwater for domestic use, he addresses critical environmental and health challenges, promoting a philosophy that governance of one's water resources is a foundational step toward independence.
